Welcome

Building relationshipsRed Dog Solutions has been helping dogs and their people form cooperative relationships for over 10 years. We love dogs and we enjoy watching that love develop in others as they learn how to train their canine companions with compassion and common sense.

NEW CLASSES STARTING!
Agility 1 - 5:30 p.m. Wed.July 14
Agility 2 - 7:00 p.m. Wed. July 14

Kids-n-Dogs - 10:00 a.m. Wed July 14
Small Dog Training - 11:30 a.m. Wed July 14

We do not train with pain or intimidation. We train with a solid understanding of learning principles, environmental management, lots of patience and plenty of rewards! We believe that understanding how your dog thinks and what is important to him is vitally important just as it is in any relationship! We do not believe that dogs are trying to take over the world when they jump up on us, pull on leash or even growl! They are just being dogs and it is up to us humans to help them express their needs in more appropriate ways!

Coby

Coby is a lot of dog in a little package. He loves toys and likes to fetch but needs a playmate who'll set the rules of the game and stick to them otherwise he gets grabby and possesive! Coby loves to go for walks...ok maybe runs...he likes to move! Luckily he's only a wee thing, so not very strong, but still he needs to learn some leash manners. With more exercise he'll pull less I'm sure! He may do better on a harness than the collar he's wearing. Coby needs alot of supervision and limited freedom to make choices (he makes bad ones sometimes, like chasing after big dogs). He is fresh, sassy and thinks biting feet and clothing is alot of fun! He will need an owner who will have the patience to introduce him to alternate forms of entertainment! Coby is affectionate and smart. He is a terrier and needs an owner who can appreciate his spark without letting it become a raging inferno!

I am offering a FREE Behavioral Consult to his adopter because I believe that Coby has alot of potential...to be good or bad! He needs direction - won't you guide him?
